When saving IFC's from ArchiCAD, there are a few requirements.
When exporting, the geometry should use Precise BREP geometry in the IFC translator.

The reason is so not ArchiCAD will explode the geometry while saving. It's of course possible, if the Architect has a custom, to manually enter this as well. Edit the Geometry conversion and check the IFC Schema related export options.

It's recommended not to export 2D symbols from Doors / Windows because Revit doesn't always convert these into a useable form. Use pure 3D geometry only.
